Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DriverPage.

1. What DriverPage is

DriverPage is software that lets independent drivers create a personal booking page and exchange quotes with passengers. We are a technology provider, not a transportation or taxi company.

2. Driver responsibilities

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of DriverPage.
• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, insurance and tax obligations in your area.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your public page.
• You must not use DriverPage for illegal, fraudulent or harassing purposes.

3. Passengers

Passengers use DriverPage to request quotes directly from drivers. DriverPage does not set prices, provide rides or handle payments. Any agreement is between the driver and the passenger.

4. Payments

DriverPage does not process ride payments between drivers and passengers unless a separate payment feature is explicitly enabled. Drivers and passengers arrange payment directly (cash, bank transfer, etc.).

5. Content and data

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to host and display it as needed to operate DriverPage. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

DriverPage is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, accidents, cancellations, losses or damages arising from rides or bookings arranged through the platform.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of DriverPage after changes means you accept the updated terms.
